Learn how to make Tomato Bhaji - a quick and easy to me sabzi recipe at home from our chef Archana. This is a simple recipe for beginners & bachelors as it requires limited ingredients and less cooking time. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />3 tbsp Oil <br />Coriander Leaves <br />1 tsp Mustard Seeds <br />1/4 tsp Asafoetida <br />1/2 tsp Turmeric <br />10-12 Curry Leaves <br />1 Green Chilli <br />2 Onions, chopped <br />1 tbsp Butter <br />Salt to taste <br />1/2 tsp Sugar <br />4 Tomatoes, chopped <br />1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a pan heat some oil. <br />- Add coriander leaves, mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, curry leaves and green chilli. Saute everything. <br />- Add chopped onions & butter. Mix everything well. <br />- Cover it with a lid and let the onions cook for 2 minutes. <br />- Add salt, sugar, red chilli powder and chopped tomatoes. Mix everything well. <br />- Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 10 minutes. <br />- Tomato bhaji is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves & serve.
